One year on: What our company values mean to us now

As we celebrate our first year as NeoHealthHub, we wanted to take this opportunity to reflect on the direction we set ourselves and the coming together of NeoHealthHub at the start of COVID - building a company for today’s challenges in order to provide tomorrow’s solutions.  

We could talk about the numbers and percentages, and even wow ourselves with the big wins but at our core, we know that the real success of this last year has been the dedication and commitment of our people and teams to our business. We truly believe in the importance of progress in the right direction over arrival at a static destination, constant improvement for us and our partners.

As we move out of the pandemic era and into the “next normal”, most of us acknowledge that our lives have changed permanently by the events of the last 18 months. Safe to say, it's been a turbulent year.  With the introduction of hybrid-working, zoom calls and flexible working, the previous standard for work-life has permanently changed. More than ever, we are all seeing the value in businesses committing to employee personal development and benefit schemes, and according to Anon Benefits and Trends Survey 2021, 92% of employers have increased their emphasis on employee mental health within the last year. 

Forming a new business in a complex market and in such uncertain times, we understood the value of supporting our team's personal wellbeing and development. We are incredibly proud NeoNavitas has been recognised with the platinum “Investors in People” award; and with our internal launch an internal campaign, “Project Balance” in March 2021, which features a series of ‘balance' workshops, designed to help our people develop habits that will allow them to be more energised and purposeful in all aspects of life - we have focused on the tools and support to best care for and motivate all of our colleagues

Looking back at the year we’ve had, and the progress we’ve made, we also wanted to reflect and acknowledge the culture we have embedded across the Group, regularly checking in with our values, reminding ourselves to stay on course and allowing insights along the way, to continue to course-correct and keep us in the right direction. 

New authenticity

We say and do what we believe in, to get the best results. We do this by leading by example. At NeoOptima, we deliver remote, personalised capability development. Coaching our clients on the importance of having a positive mindset and helping colleagues at all levels and functions learn more about their own strengths, to discover and harness their true talents. In a recent case study, 130 programme delegates rated the value of our sessions 4.5/5, creating a sense of belonging amongst the teams, and a safe space to discuss personal development, building a culture of trust and belonging following a major reorganisation.

At NeoSypher, we separate information from insight, to provide clarity for your team to make faster, smarter decisions, to bring your brand closer to your customers. We partner with industry, the NHS and patient charities, to navigate the complex challenges in healthcare today and want to share these insights with you through our published monthly articles

New Fusion

We utilise each brand’s strengths and work together to maximise success for our client’s. Most recently, NeoSypher and NeoNavitas have partnered to deliver Advanced Product Notifications (APNs). Together, they have created an award-winning APN presentation tool to process complex information and present it in an easily digestible format. Fusing together NeoSypher’s expertise to translate key data into localised impacts in order to find true value in your proposition, with NeoNavitas’s established relationships with the NHS and prolific access to key decision-makers across the industry. As a combined force, their last APN was delivered personally to 95% of PCOs within 6 months for a new treatment in Parkinson’s Disease.

New ideas

Understanding that our clients' needs are unique and forever changing, we tackle every client’s problem with a unique solution. We recently took the opportunity to introduce our concept of Puzzle Mentality. Embracing new ways to solve problems, we asked the question: ‘When does an impossible task or problem, often seen as a negative “to be dealt with and overcome”, become a puzzle, often seen as a pleasure to solve?’ The answer? When you apply a true organisational growth mindset, and you have a leadership team that relishes and welcomes puzzles… This is exactly how our leadership team approaches problems - not as difficulties or negatives, but as puzzles that we love to solve!

We are hugely thankful to everyone who has been part of our journey so far, both internally and externally. With lots of new launches coming over the horizon, we are looking forward to bringing new services to our clients, relentlessly working to support them in winning every Critical Moment™ they may face.
